About the Role:
Trust Home Care Inc is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team in Bowie, MD. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all clinical nursing operations and home care services
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local home health regulations and standards
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and home health aides
- Develop, implement, and update clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct patient assessments, care plan reviews, and coordinate interdisciplinary care
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and maintain agency compliance with OASIS documentation and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or community care
- Prior supervisory or director-level nursing management experience required
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a diverse clinical team

Compensation: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
